Stylish place with very pleasant staff at the reception desk. Very comfy beds, exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect location right on tram station. Also - next to Close to trams, the most beautiful cafes in the world and main circle/areas.

It is in a secure area and has a great location, very close to an excellent Turkish restaurant that is surprisingly cheap for Vienna standards. - It is only 12 minutes away from the Old City. - the breakfast is satisfactory for starting the day.
